Whether it is books, clothes, jewelry or other God-inspired items, you can set up shop and sale your items at our next conference. If you are interested, please read and fill out the HOPE Vendor Agreement below.

Vendor Agreement

(December 26 – December 29)

Participating vendors in the Standard of Excellence Youth Conference will operate herewith:

  1. Reservation and 50% deposit due by November 15 (balance due December 10).

  2. This is a Youth Conference for ages 3-25 & older for your product selection and consideration.

  3. All merchandising, goods and/or services must adhere to the basic Christian tenets of our faith and the Conference agenda.

  4. Vendors will acknowledge Conference scheduled events by recognizing Conference programming. (NO selling or distributing during day and evening Worship Services 9 am & 7 pm).

  5. Vendors will operate in a neat and organized manner, maintaining any and all guidelines put forth by the Conference and the host facility.

  6. Any alterations to the facility, Conference schedule or vendor guidelines will not be allowed.

  7. Vendors shall hold harmless the Conference, its officers, members and attendees from and against any claims arising from their merchandising.

  8. Fee schedule: $300.00 (4-day package) or $150.00 per day | Fee schedule if after December 10: $400.00 (4-day package) or $200.00 per day

  9. Vendor Display: December 26-29, @ 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.

  10. Breakdown: December 29, – 11:59 p.m.

  11. One vendor table and two (2) chairs will be made available at no additional cost.
