Hello HOPE Pastors & Leaders (PAL)

 

Our time together was productive, inspiring, and filled with the kind of collaboration that strengthens the mission of HOPE First. Your insight, unity, and commitment to helping others pursue excellence continue to shape the future of this conference and the young people we serve.

 

Here are a few key follow‑ups from our meeting:

 

Registration

Registration opens for our 23rd Annual HOPE First Youth Conference on June 1, 2026

  • Children (5-11) - $70

  • General Admission (12+) - $90

Expect the registration rate to increase by $10 for each group after Nov. 21st

  • For your convenience, our website has been updated for large groups. You will be able to click on the large group link and complete the registration form once registration is open.

 

Vendor Opportunities

The current general (non-student) vendor rate is $100.

During our last meeting, a great question was raised about whether we will offer a discounted rate for student vendors. We are happy to announce that we will have a vendor rate of $25 with restrictions. Student vendor opportunities will be available on June 1st.

 

Hospitality/Program Participants

 The mission of our conference is to allow our Youth to be the leaders of area aspect of our conference. We will be providing our young people, early with the tools needed to sucessfully lead our worship experiences.

 

Program

Our Conference offers the following programs, each designed to support, equip, and engage participants at every stage of their journey:

  • Connect Groups

  • Worship & Arts Academy

  • Kidz Zone

  • Young Adults

  • Adults

Our website has been fully updated with detailed descriptions for each program, providing clarity for pastors, leaders, parents, and participants

  • Our Next Pastors & Leaders meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:30pm via zoom. A new RSVP link will be shared soon.
